For US-EU guilds, evening US time (7-10 PM EST) catches late-night EU players. This is often the best compromise for transatlantic guilds.
Don't make the same region take inconvenient times every week. Rotate schedules so both regions share the late-night burden.
When posting event times in Discord, include server time (PST/CET) so everyone can convert to their local timezone.
Create a shareable WorldClock.lol link with your server cities. Pin it in Discord for quick reference.
Use a visual world clock to see all guild members' local times at once. Pick a time where most players are available in the evening (typically 6-10 PM local time). For guilds spanning US and Europe, evening US time (7-10 PM EST) is often best, catching late-night EU players.
Most game servers display times in Pacific Time (PT) for North American servers, Central European Time (CET) for EU servers, and Japan Standard Time (JST) for Asian servers. Blizzard, Riot, and most major publishers use these conventions.
Add your server's location and your local city to WorldClock.lol. The visual timeline shows both times simultaneously, making it easy to convert event times. For example, if a WoW event is at 5 PM PST and you're in London, you can instantly see it's 1 AM GMT.
Weekly resets happen on Tuesdays for most games. WoW NA resets at 10 AM PST, WoW EU at 7 AM CET. FFXIV resets at 1 AM PST. Add the server city to WorldClock.lol to see reset time in your local zone.
Add your server and guild members' cities. Share the link in Discord.
